2. Shipping Within Qatar

We offer reliable delivery across all cities in Qatar.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Remote areas: 2–5 business days

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery fee: [500] QAR
  • Free delivery for orders above [500] QAR

3. International Shipping

Currently, Fluffina.qa ships only within Qatar.
If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.


4. Order Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • High-volume sales periods
  • Courier or logistic issues
  • Incorrect shipping information

We will notify you immediately if any delay occurs.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking number to monitor your package.


6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or a product is missing:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue to support@fluffina.qa

We will review and assist with a replacement or solution.
